Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24-5 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. No shows or cancellations made 5 hours before the appointment start time or later will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Unfortunately we are in an older building with a staircase at the front. While we are regretfully not wheelchair accessible we can offer recommendations for clinics nearby that are or services that will come to you. Please contact us if you would like more info.

Try to arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. The main door should be unlocked, so you may come in and have a seat in the lobby. Your RMT will collect you from there when they are ready for you.

A health history form gives us a brief and general background of just that, your health history, and what you are seeking treatment for. We do require you to fill it out prior to your first appointment. We are legally obligated to have a complete health history form on file for every client.

There are two spots for clients right in front of the building. If those happen to be full, there is an abundance of 2 hour street parking on Franklyn Street and the surrounding roads.
